Pacific Martial Arts

Authentic karate-do specializes in character development and building inner strengths in addition to teaching effective self-defense. Our curriculum is based on Jason Knight's 20 years of experience teaching martial arts and counseling families. As a result, students develop as stable, positive and well-rounded individuals, often continuing their personal growth for years or even decades. Our students include community leaders in education, research, and business. PMA Karate-Do incorporates several different styles into its curriculum, with the core martial art of Washin-Ryu, which means "Style in Harmony With Nature." It focuses on developing harmony, both with your inner self and your fellow students.
