Paellas Cafe

Chef Angel was head chef at Meson Madrid Restaurant in Palisades Park for almost 20 years. Then, he went on to own his own restaurant in Poughkeepsie, New York for 8 years. Afterwards he worked at Meson Sevilla and Sangria 46 Restaurant in New York City. Now, he heads the kitchen at Paellas Cafe, along with his wife and owner, Beatriz Cazares.
