Opening its doors in October 1996, Pancho & Lefty’s Restaurant has been a Stow-Kent community staple for over 20 years. Owned by Rene and Julie Ferrusquia, Pancho's has always been a family-owned and operated restaurant, where each entree, side dish and sauce has been developed from homemade recipes you simply cannot find anywhere else! The restaurant is named after the song "Pancho and Lefty" by Merle Haggard and Willie Nelson to symbolize the connection between Mexico and Ohio, where Lefty returns to in the song. This connection can be seen in the menu, which includes Tex-Mex, traditional Mexican, and American offerings. This blend of all three cuisines together provides something delicious for everyone.
