Pane' Rustica is a wholesale and retail bakery and restaurant specializing in the traditional, hearth baked breads of Italy and France. We are a scratch bakery. Most of our breads are made with only flour, water, salt, and sourdough cultures (the "wild" yeasts) or "poolish" starters. As a result, they are wholesome as well as tasty. This olde world style of bread baking creates an extremely flavorful bread with a distinctive texture and crispy crust.
