Pasta and.. is first of all a family business.. Luigi and Esperanza are the 2 chefs, both with years of experience in homemade pastas, having had a "pastafresca" ( pasta laboratory ) in italy for over a decade. Gian Marco, the son, is on charge of the dining room area. homemade pasta are obviously our main specialty - linguine, fettuccine, bucatini, tortellini, gnocchi, pappardelle, lumache, black fettuccine, ravioli porcini, ravioli meat, ravioli lobster, ravioli pumpkin, ravioli pear gorgonzola, ravioli salmon, tricolor pasta & more. 40+ sauces to choose from , made at the moment for you, and several second courses. We always offer the seasonal specialties, such as fresh porcini mushrooms, white truffles, etc.
