Established in 2021. A Culinary Family Mission. Founder, Alexsandro Orlando, grew up in the kitchens of renowned restaurants. His father, Antonio Orlando, opened Valentino in Santa Monica as the master chef more than half a century ago before launching several other restaurants of his own. Following his father's footsteps, Alex founded Pasta Party USA with a simple mission: Create community through great food and a fun atmosphere - bringing families back to the table, to laugh, love and share life together... over an incredible, authentic Italian meal.
