Our mission is to bring to your table the best flavors of Northern Italy, the way our family has been preparing them for generations. Paola, the executive chef of Pasta Sisters, has learned from her mother recipes handed down from her great-grandma, going back to 1850. For an authentic taste of Italy, we combine our traditional cooking methods and family recipes with imported Italian products and the best of California's vegetable bounty.
