The history of Pearl Epoxy Flooring can be traced back to the Valencia Industrial Park in the spring of 1989. That's where Subina Flooring was originally created and went on to become one of Southern California's premiere players in the world of stone pavers, flooring and stained concrete. Today the family has reunited once again and teamed with their old friends at LC&C, a company whose roots go back over 40 years in the construction industry.
