Performance Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates Studio just off the Southwest Freeway near Greatwood serving Sugar Land, Fort Bend County, and surrounding areas. Stop in and experience their beautiful studio upstairs at 19875 Southwest Freeway, Suite 200. Owners Michelle & Cody met their first day of Pilates certification. Since 2004 they have continued to study and grow together, forming their business partnership in 2010. Learn Classical Pilates and movement through a myofascial lens. Services include Private Pilates Sessions and small group mat and equipment classes, as well as Rossiter® System for Pain Relief, and Myofascia Release.
