We are here to help you make your health a priority and have fun while doing it, it is possible! Jasmine is the owner and head trainer at Personal Training Kihei. She has experience and certifications in various fields from Crossfit to pilates and everything in between. Jasmine has been passionate about fitness since she began weightlifting in high school during her off season from soccer and track and field. She carried that passion through collegiate soccer then began her training career at Equinox in Southern California after graduation. She then found herself working in various gyms throughout LA soaking in all she could about the fitness industry. She eventually made her way back home to Maui in hopes of inspiring the island in the same ways.
