Philomenas Pizzaria, specializes in the art of dough making, and the proof is in the pie. We spend a lot of time and a lot of effort to produce a pie that is easily digestible and has a lot of flavor and acts as an ingredient rather than a carrier of the sauce and cheese. Combined together it makes for a special pie every time. Our square pie was also featured on the Kelly and Ryan show where Kelly exclaims, wow this pizza is very light, and she’s right!
