Pho Non La started as a way to share traditional Vietnamese food with our Lake Elsinore community. There was no other place in town to get authentic Vietnamese pho, and our founders knew their passion for cooking and their flavorful family recipe would be a great way to introduce neighbors to their hometown's cuisine. There's no better introduction to Vietnamese food than fresh, made-to-order pho.
