Phoenix Counseling and Crisis Centers

Phoenix Counseling & Crisis Centers is a 501c3 non-profit agency founded in 2003 committed to providing easy access to a comprehensive range of behavioral health services in the Lincoln, Cleveland & Gaston County areas. We provide a continuum of care that includes Substance Use and Mental Health screening, evaluation, crisis stabilization, and treatment. Our staff view all consumers as fellow humans in crisis who are entitled to empathy, dignity, respect, and the level of clinical excellence each of us would want for ourselves and our loved ones. Our Person Centered system of care is grounded in evidence-based practices emphasizing work with consumers and their families to optimize quality of life and successful functioning within the community. Our daily mission is to advocate, encourage, and exemplify the barrier-free delivery of responsive, innovative, community-based behavioral health treatment services in an environment of dignity and respect for all consumers and their families.
