Pinky’s

Established in 2007. We took the spot over in October of 2007 and opened the second week of January 2008. Things just keep getting better and better!

We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Don't forget to try a jalapeno-cilantro bloody mary or a peach mimosa! We have everything from six different kinds of egg sandwiches, frittatas, pancakes, stuffed French toast, baked goods, sandwiches, soups, and daily specials. We accommodate guests with dietary needs such as vegetarian or gluten-free.
