Pizzaholic

Our dough is made with purified reverse osmosis water free of chemicals and chlorine. Instead of refined sugars we use natural blackstrap molasses which has significant amount of nutrients such as iron, calcium, copper, magnesium. Finally for quality dough and good taste we use fine Sicilian Sea Salt collected from the mediterranean.
