Planned Parenthood - Maryvale Health Center

Title X (pronounced Title Ten) is a federally funded high quality family planning program; open to all low-income men and women, both insured and uninsured, regardless of their ability to pay. Service fees are determined on a sliding fee scale, based on a person's income. Title X allows us to provide birth control, breast and cervical cancer screening, HPV vacccines, IUDs & Implants, and other reproductive health services at no or low cost. This program does not pay for abortion care.
