Plantation Fit Body Boot Camp

Tim and Zade Conner met 33 years ago in Myrtle Beach, SC. She was former Miss SC USA, graduating from USC and Tim was running a successful health and fitness facility in North Mrytle Beach. Zade comes from a fitness back ground of dance instruction and competitive gymnastics. After getting married in 1983, they ran their North Myrtle Beach location with such success that they expanded into a second location. After a couple of years, growing pains forced them to expand into a larger location west of Myrtle Beach. Their expertise and popularity in the area afforded them to expand again into their own shopping center in Myrtle Beach growing their business to over 2,000 members. For 34 years their fitness facilities (American 24/7 Fitness) won many community awards. Tim and Zade have since relocated to South Florida and opened Plantation Fit Body Boot Camp.
