Polar Design Build, Inc. is Massachusetts’ premier design build construction management firm and general contractor. The organization was established in 2014 to combine the experience and strengths of its three principals. Donald O’Neill, Jeffrey O’Neill, and Jay Dacey have in excess of 25 years each of construction experience specializing in industrial, office, cold storage, residential, and medical markets throughout New England. Polar Design is a single-source provider for all construction and development needs including engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and project management.
