An American Restaurant in Niagara Falls NY

Polish Nook Restaurant was started in 1964 by Stanley and Stella (Sroda) Kajfasz, who previously owned the Pelican Motel. Stan’s parents and Stella emigrated from the Krakow Region of Poland. In its early years, the Polish Nook was mainly a small local bar and eatery and after many years of booming business they added the back dining room to fit there growing needs. Stella’s cooking is famous to many locals in the area. After the passing of Stanley in 2000, the restaurant took some time to mourn and re-evaluate the business. It reopened with the children and grandchildren of Stan and Stella running things and they are proud to serve you today with the same recipes as in 1964. Enjoy!
