A Martial Art in Westchester IL
Elite martial arts skills and philosophy are taught in a dynamic, fun, yet disciplined way. The teachings include instruction in Chinese Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Aikido, and Tai Chi Chuan. We instruct men, women and children five years and older. In addition to the martial arts, we offer the equally important healing arts of Yoga, Total Body Modification and Natural Healing.
