Practical Recovery provides self-empowering (non-12-step) addiction treatment. We offer individual, couples, family and group sessions, an IOP (morning and evening) and our signature service, the IIOP (Individual Intensive Outpatient Program). The IIOP is an intensive treatment experience, typically lasting one or a few weeks, that can serve as an alternative to going away to rehab for 30 days.
