Primavera, family owned and operated, opened its doors on November 27th, 1989. Owned by Jerry Gaita, We offer 30 years of hospitality experience and vast selection of services ranging from casual dining to elegant weddings. Jerry's Parents, Jerry Sr. and Mamma Maria have been executing our rustic Italian cuisine since we opened in 1989. Day after day, they've made handmade pasta's, homemade sauces and our rustic Italian specialties. From Mamma's handmade meatballs and pastas to Papa's homemade sausage and cured meats, there is no wrong choice. With heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye to Mamma Maria in May of 2019. We continue to carry out her traditions and recipes. Mamma Maria will always be remembered and celebrated, and her Legacy will live on at Primavera forever.
