Principle Food and Drink

Principle Food and Drink was established in 2015 by the founders of the popular Lakeshore farm-to-fork restaurant Salt of the Earth. Principle is led by the culinary team of Chef Jeff Greenman, general manager Ryan Buchan, bar manager Sara Theisen, and co-owners Rob Nicol, Mark Schrock and Nancy Knobloch. With years of collective restaurant experience, our team is committed to providing a high quality creative dining experience to the Kalamazoo community.
