Project: Pizza

The idea for Project: Pizza started when one of our founders decided to go to a New York school to master the art of making the perfect brick oven pizza. He learned to make fresh dough and homemade sauces. Now we're using those skills to bring Cleveland authentic New York-style pizza that only takes three minutes to bake once it's put in our oven. Our team's cooking up made-to-order pies and salads so our neighbors always have a quick, delicious food option.
