We specialize in High-end cars Auto Glass replacement, Windshield Repair, and Window Tint.After several years working for a big company and realize the frustrations customers had are the same as mine. Schedules, wrong parts (over & over), the job was done incorrectly the first time, poor customer service for the most part, etc. So I start thinking "How I can fix this?" "How I can control all these areas?" "How I build customer trust?", while I'm asking myself all these questions I realize every job I do is a happy customer with no issues whatsoever. In that moment I decided to found Quality Master Auto Glass. I knew it will be a hard journey but I was ready to take responsibility and start making customers happy the same exact way I was working for others, but with one and only one goal, Eliminate all those issues I address before.
