Rainbow's End Floral is a family owned and operated business, by Phillis and Dick Fortney. Centrally located in downtown Kingsport and minutes away and free delivery to all local hospitals and funeral homes. Our staff consist of three (3) floral designers, all are "award winning designers", two (2) salespersons, plus extra help. We can provide fresh and silk floral designs for all occasions as well as balloon arrangements and fruit or candy baskets. We also have plush animals and giftware. Here at Rainbow’s End Floral we encourage our customers to express their own ideas so we can design an arrangement that reflects each person’s unique personality and style.
