Established in 1977. It all started this way, as family caring for family. Carroll and Donna Moore opened the first CarDon community in Greenwood, Ind., in 1977, with the vision to create a better alternative for area seniors. While nothing fancy or grandiose, it was a place for people to live comfortably and be assured of dignified, respectful, and family-centered care.
