Reba's

Established in 1998.

Joe Schroeder opened Reba's Pizza & Deli in 1998 after moving to Texas from the East Coast. Little did he know that what started out as a dream would turn into a three chain restaurant. You can find a Reba's in Giddings, La Grange, and the seasonal location in Warrington, TX. Mr. Schroeder has almost 50 years of culinary arts experience and four children who have each played their own part in growing this family owned and operated business.​Joe's oldest son, Joseph, is the general manager of the Reba's in Giddings while his youngest son, Matthew, manages the La Grange location. Joe's oldest daughter, Kimberly, worked in Reba's for years when it first opened and his youngest daughter, Rebecca, manages the marketing and media of the business. Another important member of our business is Luis. You may have seen him in our La Grange location. Although he may not be family by blood, he has been working with us from the very beginning and he is at the heart of Reba's and what we stand for.
