Erica believes passionately that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when given a supportive environment. She harmonizes modalities such as Myofascial Release and Vibrational Sound Therapy with aromatherapy to create a unique healing experience. Restore Bodywork provides clients relief from pain, tension, decreased range of motion, and stress by releasing restrictions in the fascia, or connective tissue.
