"I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked in the counseling field for 15 years. Over the past several years, I have worked with a diverse population offering services in outpatient and inpatient offices, military settings, and in primary care clinics. I enjoy working with all age groups who are challenged with behavioral, emotional, or relationship issues in addition to those who have chronic health conditions. While I am trained in various treatment modalities, I primarily use a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach to help individuals challenge problematic thinking patterns and behaviors in order to promote progress toward desired goals, healthy lifestyles, and overall positive well-being."
