Rise Martial Arts

Our instructors were a part of a previous martial arts organization in Rochester. They wanted to improve lives everyday, offer a better service for clients and do things no other martial arts school is doing currently in Rochester. Rise Martial Arts focuses on expertly teaching two styles, Karate and Krav Maga but also offer separate Fitness Kickboxing.
