Locally owned and operated, Rise & Shine: A Steak and Eggs Place has two locations serving Las Vegas.Our Southern Highlands location, open since 2010, was voted Best of Las Vegas in 2013. Our newest location serves the Spring Valley and West Summerlin areas and it's just a short 10 minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip.Rise and Shine is open daily from 7am - 3pm with an extensive menu of: made to order Omelettes, outrageous Pancakes, inspired Benedicts, a variety of Freshly Squeezed Juices, French Press Coffee and of course award winning Steak and Eggs!
