Rising Dragon Tattoos

In 1984, Darren Rosa the owner started tattooing In 1993 with a staff of talent in tow, he opened his first professional studio on 19th st. and 5th Avenue. In 1997 the ban on tattooing was lifted and our first ground floor shop was opened on the property of the Hotel Chelsea. In 2008 we relocated to our latest greatest spot on 14th St. with a spacious 2nd floor loft, very welcoming and "homey".
