I have worked with people with a variety of problems including, difficulty in relationships, identity concerns, emotional dysregulation, trauma, addiction and managing mental illness. I have extensive postgraduate training in adult, child and adolescent psychotherapy. I work with people to receive out of network insurance reimbursement. I am in-network with and accept many insurance plans, listed below: Aetna, Beacon Health Options, Cigna, Fidelis, and Value Options. EAP referrals are welcomed for individuals and couples with insurance plans I accept and am in-network with.
