Rockdale Family Practice was established in January of 1991 by Dr. Mary-Jane Kassam ( "Dr. M.J.") and Dr. Mohamed Kassam ( "Dr. Sam"), upon their relocation from Little Rock, Arkansas. The practice has grown considerably from a very modest start, to our current large, spacious facility on Honey Creek Parkway.
