With over 40+ years experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Professor Roger Machado brings a wealth of experience and knowledge unmatched by any Jiu Jitsu school in the San Gabriel Valley / Northeast Los Angeles area Roger Machado is the second oldest brother of the legendary Machado Brothers, who along with their cousins the Gracie Family are world renowned pioneers of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in America. Roger started his training at the age of 5 years old, he is nephew of the founder of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Carlos Gracie Sr. He competed at the highest levels of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 10 years and has won numerous tournaments. As a family, the Machado Brothers have successfully won competitions such as ADCC (Abu Dhabi Combat Club) Submission Wrestling World Championships, Pan American Games, Brazilian National Championships and many more.
