The original Hot Dog Truck at the Lake Success Shopping Center began in 1975. In 1983 Marie took over and ran Marie’s Hot Dogs for nearly 35 years, building a simple Hot Dog Truck into a well known fixture in the area. In 2018 Marie retired and turned the truck over to her nephew Rob, who changed the name to Roscoe’s Roadside but continues to serve Marie’s Famous Hot Dogs, just the same way Marie did for 35 Years.
