Ruby is the owner of Ruby's Fast Fitness and her major goal is to reach out to as many people as possible to help and guide those who want to lose weight, build muscle, be more knowledgeable in nutrition, obtain general fitness, or a combination of all these goals. What is unique about Ruby's group exercise classes is that it still feels like private training due to the personal attention one receives. It's not just about getting a workout. It's a process of continuously reassessing the client's progress, paying attention to how they are feeling, and making necessary modifications whenever needed. It's an intimate environment where we all support and help one another.
