I work to quickly reduce suffering and self-defeating behaviors using scientifically supported techniques. While my clinical tools are rooted in science, they are delivered with compassion. As we work to end emotional distress, we will also work to enhance existing strengths, build new skills, and increase overall satisfaction with life. I provide psychotherapy and executive coaching services. Most of the work I do is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The specific therapies I use include Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and traditional behavior therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families with anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, shame, addiction, OCD, PTSD, and weight loss issues. I am also an executive coach for individuals and offer workshops, seminars, and professional trainings on topics such as weight loss, anger management, stress management, and many other topics for organizations.
