Sage Diner continues the tradition of great food and great atmosphere you’ve come to know and love if you’ve been to the Jersey Diner. If you have never been to the Sage Diner, or Jersey Diner, you are in for a real treat! The Roustas Family purchased The Sage Diner in March 1992 and since then, they have been providing the finest quality food with unparalleled service. In 2013, the Roustas Family bought their 2nd diner (the recently closed Harvest Diner in Cinnaminson). We look forward to meeting you and your family.
