Sakurai Mark D, DDS

Dr. Mark Sakurai is a third generation Dentist, following his grandfather and father to Indiana University School of Dentistry. He has been an Endodontist since receiving his Certificate in Endodontics in 1987 from the University of Southern California. He practiced on Oahu from 1987 -1989 then moved to Southern California to practice in Beverly Hills from 1989- 1994. During that time he served as a clinical Instructor in Endodontics at the UCLA School of Dentistry. After earning Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics in 1994 he returned to Hawaii, and has been practicing on Maui and Oahu ever since.Dr. Sakurai is an active member of the Maui County Dental Society, the Hawaii Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists and the American Board of Endodontics. He is also a fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy and is also a member and mentor in the College of Diplomates since 2002.
