Salvage Construction began back in 1976 by John Salvaggi Sr. & John Salvaggi. We were a large commercial concrete construction company. While doing that we were still able to be involved with the residential side doing driveways, aprons, patios & sidewalks. After the passing of John Sr., John wanted to scale down his company & saw an opportunity in colored decorative stamped concrete. John educated himself & became a leader in the newest thing while still maintaining the other part of the business as well. In 2006. John Salvaggi hired Danny Ganim to his crew. He took him under his wing & taught him the "ins" & "outs" of concrete. At the time of being hired, Danny recently graduated from St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio. He went on to pursue a degree in Construction Management at Kent State University. In 2010, John presented the opportunity to purchase & take over the company to Danny, due to his hard work, dedication & true passion for the industry.
