Ramen in Japan is the hamburger of the United States. Providing feelings of comfort, simplicity, and warmth, it is a true, hearty comfort food. It's our mission to spread the wonderful feeling this dish provides with our flavorful Hakata Tonkotsu, Tokyo Shouyu, Hokkaido Miso, and Vegitarian varieties. Each dish begins with authentic broth that's diligently made over the course of two days. Then, keeping with tradition, we make our noodles by hand with local flour.
