Hi, welcome to Sandra's Authentic Mexican Food! We're so happy you're here. Sandra's Authentic is a woman-owned, family-run Food Truck specializing in authentic street-style Mexican cuisine. Our family spent summers at fairs around our local area selling our cuisine from a tent until 2016 when the purchase of a food truck changed the game for us in a big way - we were able to travel to more places and set up in our 'home base' of Carthage, IL, where you will find us most days out of the year.
