Sawmill BBQ Restaurant

Established in 2008.

Original owner Ben Busby and his son Kyle have created a hidden treasure in Cahokia. The restaurant is built from wood that was salvaged from a 100 year old barn. Inside you will find many different old time trinkets, farm supplies, signs, and of course, saw blades. The restaurant name comes from an old family sawmill business and some of the old saw blades from that business can be found hanging inside and out.
