Amy's love for movement began at an early age when she began to study dance. She went on to become a professional dancer in New York City. Amy not only danced on Broadway, but she also enjoyed ten years as a Radio City Rockette and an associate choreographer at Radio City Music Hall. Upon retiring from the entertainment industry, Amy decided to focus her full attention on fitness.
