My business specializes in therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release and deep tissue. I also specialize in career, life and leadership coaching. I assist people find and live their purpose and overcome life's challenges. Clients transform. The positive changes are accelerated and lasting.Established in 2009.I graduated in 2005 from massage school and began my private practice in 2007. In 2015, after 8 years of receiving coaching and 2 years of intensive training, I added life, business and career coaching and changed my business name from Bodywalk massage to Self-transformations, llc.
