I decided to start this company in 2003, after a personal experience I had with home care for my own Mom. I was quite disappointed with the quality of the in-home Caregivers that were available to our family at that time. I felt that seniors and others with disabilities deserved better. I believed that with my own experience in supervising hundreds of employees in healthcare organizations in the Boston area, I could identify and hire individuals that were passionate, trustworthy and dedicated to helping seniors and others who needed in-home assistance. That way, my new company would be able to provide the quality, attentive Caregivers that would allow the frail elderly and others with disabilities to remain comfortably and safely in their own homes as long as possible.
