Señor Grubby's has been offering an award-winning, unique experience in Mexican food & craft cocktails in Carlsbad since 2008. Señor Grubby's was founded by a group of local guys looking to put a twist on the local Mexican fare and they’ve been doing it ever since! After numerous trips to Mexico and local Mexican & American breakfast spots, they noticed missing elements that they wanted to highlight to create an entirely new, elevated dining experience. Señor Grubby's is located in the heart of downtown Carlsbad, California just blocks from the beach. Señor Grubby's is considered a local favorite for the “Food Forward – Family First” atmosphere that is fun for all to enjoy.
