She's Fit

She's Fit is the premier women's fitness and wellness center in Lawton, OK. Our members enjoy the most advanced fitness equipment available including an infrared cardio center and toning tables, along with a wide variety of traditional equipment including treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical trainers, weight machines, and free weights. We also offer a tanning bed, a leg tanner, and a red light therapy bed that reverses sun damage.
